Role Overview
AirQ Limited is hiring an experienced Production Planner for its Assembly, Integration and Testing team in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role supports production planning accuracy, Job Order management, material availability, assembly, and testing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, monitor, and close Job Orders across assembly and testing activities.
- Track material and labor consumption against each Job Order and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain production schedules and proactively flag potential delays or schedule slippage.
- Coordinate material availability with the Job Order schedule through Material Planning.
- Work with Assembly, Integration, Testing, Material Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
- Support digitization of manual production tracking and maintain accurate planning data.
- Identify planning issues, coordinate resolution, and improve schedule adherence and planning efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of production planning or similar scheduling and planning experience in manufacturing.
- Hands-on ERP or MES experience for work order execution, tracking, and closure is required.
- Experience with production scheduling and end-to-end Job Order management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing planning processes and production workflow.

- Ability to own end-to-end production tracking and identify production risks proactively.
- Clear communication, cross-functional coordination, process discipline, and follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

- Location: Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Department: Assembly, Integration and Testing.
- Reports to: VP of Assembly, Integration and Testing.
- Employment type: Full-time.
