Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Production Technicians – Mixing with hands-on experience in tyre manufacturing.
Candidates should have practical experience operating Banbury/internal mixing machines and a strong understanding of mixing processes, machine parameters, quality and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Banbury/internal mixing machines in tyre manufacturing.
- Follow approved mixing recipes, batch sequences and production parameters.
- Monitor mixing time, temperature, pressure, rotor speed and other critical parameters.
- Ensure correct weighing, charging and discharge of raw materials.
- Maintain consistency and quality of rubber compounds.
- Perform routine machine and process checks.
- Identify abnormalities and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain production and machine records.
- Follow SOPs, safety, PPE, 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant technical discipline.
- 7–10 years of experience in tyre manufacturing.
