- Plan, schedule, and supervise daily joinery production activities
- Manage production teams including supervisors, carpenters, machine operators, and helpers
- Ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are achieved
- Monitor workflow and optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Stores, and Project teams
- Monitor production costs and implement measures to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Ensure preventive maintenance of woodworking machinery and equipment
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies within the factory
- Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve production related issues
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production employees to improve performance and skills
- Prepare production reports, manpower reports, and KPI performance reports
Requirements
- 8 15 years of experience in joinery or woodworking manufacturing
- Experience managing production teams including supervisors, carpenters, machine operators, and helpers
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery and equipment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles
- Understanding of HSE policies and ISO quality standards
