Production Line Assistant

Overview

Job Details

• Prepare and configure production machinery by completing adjustments, settings, and safety checks before operations begin.
• Manually load raw materials, including corrugated cardboard, into the machine during production.
• Follow production orders, work instructions, and scheduled requirements to complete assigned tasks correctly and on time.
• Inspect finished and in-process products to ensure they meet required specifications and production standards.
• Monitor machine operation throughout the shift and take appropriate action to support stable, continuous production.
• Inform the supervisor about equipment malfunctions, technical faults, irregular machine behavior, and other production issues.
• Keep the assigned workstation clean, organized, and free from unnecessary materials or obstacles.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements, machine operating procedures, and established production guidelines.
• Support basic production activities and routine tasks to maintain an efficient and uninterrupted workflow.

Job Experience Requirements

• Secondary education or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Basic technical understanding and the ability to operate equipment and perform practical production-related tasks.
• Good organizational and self-management skills with a disciplined approach to daily production responsibilities.
• Reliable and responsible attitude with the ability to follow assigned duties consistently.
• Previous work experience in manufacturing, factory operations, packaging, or a similar production environment is advantageous.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately while cooperating effectively with supervisors and team members.
