Role Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor export operations to process international orders correctly and meet delivery timelines.
- Research international and regional markets, potential customers, and areas supporting export expansion.
- Conduct market and competitor research to improve export strategies and international sales performance.
- Ensure export transactions and shipping activities comply with customs, trade regulations, and international procedures.
- Communicate with overseas customers, introduce company products and services, and build professional relationships.
- Prepare and maintain export documentation, shipping papers, commercial invoices, contracts, and required records.
- Monitor shipments from dispatch through delivery and coordinate safe, secure, and timely transportation.
- Track export payments, outstanding balances, and transaction details, following up with customers or departments.
- Review export procedures, identify operational gaps, and recommend workflow and control improvements.
- Coordinate export orders with sales, logistics, finance, warehouse, and other internal departments.
- Maintain complete records covering orders, shipment status, correspondence, payments, contracts, and supporting documents.
Experience Requirements
- Strong practical understanding of export operations, international shipping procedures, customs processes, and global trade practices.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for international customer and business-partner correspondence.
- Ability to coordinate shipments, monitor delivery progress, and meet agreed delivery deadlines.
- Practical experience with export payments, transaction follow-ups, and finance activities related to international sales.
- Ability to identify operational gaps and recommend practical process improvements.
- Good knowledge of export documentation, shipping requirements, commercial contracts, and international trade paperwork.
