- Monitor and control Production Work in Progress (WIP) and sub store inventory.
- Lead efforts to improve processes, optimizing equipment and materials for increased production efficiency.
- Provide essential engineering support for production and maintenance activities.
- Assess ongoing production activities and offer recommendations for improvements.
- Implement initiatives to reduce costs while maintaining high quality standards.
- Develop clear operating instructions and equipment specifications for streamlined production.
- Provide training and guidance to team members.
- Formulate and implement best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability.
- Participate in 5S processes and procedures, collaborating with the safety in charge.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 4 to 6 Years of work experience
- Technical competencies in Production Planning and Production Scheduling

Job Purpose

Key Accountability Areas Production Planning and Coordination
- Plan and coordinate daily production processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high quality products.

Academic Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Work Experience: 4 to 6 Years.
- Technical / Functional Competencies: Production Planning, Production Scheduling.
