Product Trainer - Agency Enablement & Certification

Conduct online group product training sessions for agency partners, delivering engaging product education and hands-on demonstrations to drive product adoption.

Own and manage the Wingify Agency Certification Program, including certification content, assessments, learner tracking, and program enhancements.

Create and maintain product training materials, including presentations, documentation, videos, tutorials, and self-paced learning modules.

Enable agency partners to effectively use, implement, and position VWO products for their customers.

Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, Presales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure training content reflects the latest product capabilities and best practices.

Continuously improve training effectiveness by gathering learner feedback, measuring outcomes, and refining curriculum.

Maintain a structured knowledge repository and learning resources for agency partners.

Stay up to date with product releases and industry trends in experimentation, personalization, digital experience optimization, and customer education.

Support internal enablement initiatives whenever required by delivering product knowledge sessions to cross-functional teams.

2–5 years of experience in product training, technical training, customer education, partner enablement, or learning & development within a SaaS environment.

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript , or web applications .

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Business, or a related field.

Experience designing and delivering virtual training programs and certification initiatives.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
