Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and long term business growth initiatives
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, industry trend analysis, and opportunity assessments to identify strategic product initiatives
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, UX/UI design, marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and executive leadership to define product vision, strategic priorities, and roadmap direction
- Lead product portfolio analysis, lifecycle management, business case development, pricing strategy support, and investment prioritization to maximize product performance and return on investment
- Define product positioning, value propositions, differentiation strategies, and go to market alignment in partnership with product marketing and commercial teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, market share, revenue growth, profitability, feature utilization, and product portfolio performance
- Develop strategic business cases, financial models, market forecasts, and investment recommendations to support executive decision making and product planning
- Analyze customer feedback, user behavior, product analytics, and market intelligence to identify product improvements, innovation opportunities, and competitive advantages
- Drive strategic planning initiatives, product governance, cross functional alignment, and executive communication to ensure successful execution of product strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies, digital trends, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and industry innovations to identify opportunities that enhance product competitiveness and customer value
- Prepare product strategy reports, executive dashboards, portfolio reviews, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop product strategists, business analysts, product operations specialists, and cross functional teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) or professional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, Project Management, Business Strategy, or equivalent are advantageous
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business strategy, management consulting, product operations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing strategic product initiatives, cross functional teams, or product portfolios preferred
- Strong understanding of product strategy, market analysis, customer research, business modeling, portfolio management, product lifecycle management, and go to market strategy
- Experience with product management platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, ERP platforms, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, design thinking, AI powered product development, experimentation frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives is advantageous
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, financial modeling, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, negotiation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to translate market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into scalable product strategies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
