Responsibilities
- Develop and implement grant management strategies, processes, and governance frameworks
- Identify, evaluate, and manage grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, corporations, international organizations, and other funding partners
- Lead the end to end grant lifecycle including opportunity assessment, proposal development, application submission, award management, reporting, renewal processes, and closeout activities
- Collaborate with programs, finance, fundraising, communications, legal, compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams to develop competitive grant proposals and funding strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including grant application success rates, funding secured, reporting accuracy, compliance performance, grant utilization, renewal rates, and program outcomes
- Develop grant proposals, budgets, narratives, logic models, impact frameworks, and supporting documentation
- Manage grant agreements, funding requirements, deliverables, timelines, reporting obligations, and compliance documentation
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements, government regulations, grant terms, financial controls, ethical standards, and organizational policies
- Track grant performance, expenditures, milestones, outcomes, and impact metrics while identifying opportunities for program improvement and funding optimization
- Maintain relationships with funders, grant partners, program stakeholders, and external organizations
- Utilize Grant Management Systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and analytics tools to manage grant activities and reporting
- Prepare grant reports, funding dashboards, impact assessments, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, International Development, Communications, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in grant management, fundraising, donor relations, program management, nonprofit operations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing grant portfolios, funding programs, proposal development, or grant teams preferred
- Strong understanding of grant lifecycle management, proposal writing, donor requirements, compliance standards, budgeting, reporting, and impact measurement
- Experience with Grant Management Systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics tools, and reporting platforms
- Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship building, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple grant opportunities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, deadlines, and strong funder relationships
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments

The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Grants Manager to lead the development, management, and oversight of grant programs and funding initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will manage the full grant lifecycle, including opportunity identification, proposal development, compliance monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement grant management strategies, processes, and governance frameworks aligned with organizational priorities and funding objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage grant opportunities from foundations, government agencies, corporations, international organizations, and other funding partners.
- Lead the end to end grant lifecycle including opportunity assessment, proposal development, application submission, award management, reporting, renewal processes, and closeout activities.
- Collaborate with programs, finance, fundraising, communications, legal, compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams to develop competitive grant proposals and funding strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, International Development, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Master's degree or professional certifications in Grant Management, Fundraising, Nonprofit Leadership, Project Management, or equivalent are advantageous.
- 5+ years of experience in grant management, fundraising, donor relations, program management, nonprofit operations, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing grant portfolios, funding programs, proposal development, or grant teams preferred.
- Strong understanding of grant lifecycle management, proposal writing, donor requirements, compliance standards, budgeting, reporting, and impact measurement.
- Experience with Grant Management Systems, CRM platforms, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with government grants, philanthropic funding, international development programs, corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and donor compliance requirements is advantageous.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship building, presentation, and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple grant opportunities while maintaining accuracy, compliance, deadlines, and strong funder relationships.
- Ability to work independently in remote and hybrid environments.
