Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, customer needs, and business growth goals
- Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation for target markets
- Lead go to market (GTM) planning and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and product enhancements
- Collaborate with product management, sales, digital marketing, customer success, creative, and operations teams
- Conduct market research, customer segmentation, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments
- Create sales enablement materials including product presentations, battle cards, case studies, brochures, and training resources
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, events, and partner channels
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including product adoption, campaign performance, lead generation, customer engagement, revenue contribution, and market share
- Analyze customer feedback, campaign performance, and product usage data to optimize marketing strategies
- Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, technology partners, and cross functional stakeholders
- Manage product marketing budgets, campaign timelines, resource allocation, and project priorities
- Prepare product marketing reports, dashboards, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Product Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, demand generation, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing product launches, go to market strategies, or integrated marketing campaigns preferred
- Strong understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, messaging development, market research, competitive analysis, and GTM strategy
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, product analytics platforms, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising preferred
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, storytelling, project management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

The Role

- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, demand generation, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience managing product launches, go to market strategies, or integrated marketing campaigns preferred.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, customer segmentation, messaging development, market research, competitive analysis, and GTM strategy.
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, product analytics platforms, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
