About the Role

- Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals
- Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy
- Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
- Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience
- Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product
- Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience at a high growth tech company or in banking/finance related business areas
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumer facing mobile products
- 1+ years of experience managing people
- Outstanding communication skills
- An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices
- High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch

About The Role

- Looking for a Product Owner who can take responsibility over a product roadmap, including day to day operations, project execution, and addressing risks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Setting your team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with company goals.
- Driving maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy.
- Completely owning your team's products, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance.
- Working closely with Design and UX teams to define the customer journey and create an amazing user experience.
- Liaising with Engineering to ensure effective delivery of your product.
- Partnering with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams.
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience at a high growth tech company or in banking/finance related business areas (acquiring, payments, investments, cryptocurrency, insurance, etc.)
- 2+ years of proven success leading consumer facing mobile products.
- 1+ years of experience managing people.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- An eye for great UX/UI and impeccable understanding of design best practices.
- High analytical acumen along with solid business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation.
- Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.
- Experience leading product development and launch from scratch.
- A readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results under ambiguous situations in a fast paced environment.
- An entrepreneurial drive to never settle.
