The Opportunity
Own a portfolio of focused digital and MarCom platforms that support business operations, marketing and communications delivery, data quality, and digital experience.
Prioritize enhancements, administration, optimization, governance, and stakeholder needs across platforms with specialized users, shared ownership, or vendor-supported functionality.
Combine practical technical understanding, project coordination, and marketing and communications knowledge to deliver reliable digital experiences.
Product Ownership
- Define and maintain roadmaps that balance business value, operational needs, technical dependencies, stakeholder demand, and capacity.
- Act as the primary liaison with platform experts, business owners, IT partners, and vendors.
- Ensure platforms follow applicable MarTech, data, privacy, security, accessibility, and integration standards.
- Oversee platform coordination, reliability, documentation, security, compliance, and fitness for purpose.
- Prioritize enhancements that improve usability, adoption, reporting, accessibility, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate integrations, data flows, permissions, vendor activities, and platform documentation.
