The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of IT Strategy & Transformation, this senior Product Owner role is accountable for maximising the value, adoption and sustainability of customer‑facing systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce. You will own the product lifecycle end‑to‑end across strategy, delivery and BAU by working closely with business and IT stakeholders—driving measurable business outcomes while shaping a future‑focused, customer‑centric technology landscape.
What you will do
- In this role, you will own Salesforce end-to-end, with clear accountability across both strategy and operations. You’ll shape how customer technology drives business growth—ensuring initiatives are aligned to value and delivered in a controlled, scalable way.
- Partnering closely with business stakeholders, you’ll drive alignment, cut through complexity, and embed innovation across the platform.
- Act as the single, accountable Product Owner for Salesforce and customer systems across build and run, with clear decision authority on priorities and trade‑offs
- Own and execute an end‑to‑end roadmap aligned to long‑term strategic value drivers, shaping how customer technology supports business growth
- Translate customer, sales and service needs into product outcomes, epics and a prioritised, value‑led backlog
