HR / Recruitment Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and organised HR/Recruitment Coordinator to support end-to-end recruitment and HR administration across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with hiring managers, operational leaders, and the HR team, you'll help deliver a seamless experience from attraction and onboarding through to employment changes and ongoing employee support.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring every detail is handled accurately and efficiently.

What you will do:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administration, including job advertisements, candidate management, and employment documentation.

Prepare employment contracts, correspondence, and other employee-related documentation accurately and within agreed service levels.

Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new employees.

Collate and process employee paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and provided to Payroll in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HR systems.

Provide administrative support to the broader HR team and assist with employee lifecycle activities as required.

Experience working in a high-volume administrative, HR, or shared services environment.
