Responsibilities

  • The TikTok Creative Product Marketing & Operations team develops tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization.

Strategy & Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Global Product teams and regional stakeholders to define and execute data informed GTM strategies for TikTok's Creative and Creator solutions across METAP.
  • Lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that align with platform growth priorities and drive product adoption at scale.
  • Design and implement operational processes, business planning frameworks, and performance measurement systems.

Regional Product Marketing & Adoption

  • Own end to end regional GTM for Creative solutions/ecosystem, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and adoption tracking.
  • Develop market specific playbooks, product collateral, and enablement materials.
  • Partner with Sales and Product teams to surface advertiser insights and regional product gaps.
  • Champion regional product feedback loops that inform feature development, pricing strategies, and market fit improvements.

Data Driven Product Insights & Reporting

  • Translate product performance data and regional usage patterns into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, and Marketing Science teams.
  • Build reporting frameworks that surface regional product health and inform prioritization.

Cross Functional Product Collaboration

  • Act as the regional product voice between Global Product, Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams.
  • Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across METAP.
  • Drive alignment on regional product priorities, resource allocation, and launch planning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral.
  • 5+ years experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success roles within digital advertising or technology environments.
  • Experience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategy and product launches.
  • Self starter with strong project management skills.
  • Analytical, data sensitive, and goal driven.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or marketing related field.
  • Demonstrated success managing cross functional projects in fast paced, global organizations.
  • Experience with TikTok Creative, Creator and AI Solutions (e.g., TikTok One, TikTok Symphony).
