- Partner with Global Product teams and regional stakeholders to define and execute data informed GTM strategies for TikTok's Creative and Creator solutions across METAP
- Lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that align with platform growth priorities
- Design and implement operational processes, business planning frameworks, and performance measurement systems
- Own end to end regional GTM for Creative solutions, from positioning to launch execution and adoption tracking
- Develop market specific playbooks, product collateral, and enablement materials
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to surface advertiser insights and regional product gaps
- Champion regional product feedback loops that inform feature development and pricing
- Translate product performance data into actionable insights for GTM strategy
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, and Marketing Science teams
- Build reporting frameworks that surface regional product health
- Act as regional product voice between Global Product, Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams
- Drive alignment on regional product priorities, resource allocation, and launch planning
Requirements
- High proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral
- 5+ years experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success within digital advertising or technology
- Experience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketing
- Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategy and product launches
- Self starter with strong project management skills
- Analytical, data sensitive, and goal driven

- The TikTok Creative Product Marketing & Operations team develops tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization.
Strategy & Operational Excellence
- Partner with Global Product teams and regional stakeholders to define and execute data informed GTM strategies for TikTok's Creative and Creator solutions across METAP.
- Lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that align with platform growth priorities and drive product adoption at scale.
- Design and implement operational processes, business planning frameworks, and performance measurement systems.
Regional Product Marketing & Adoption
- Own end to end regional GTM for Creative solutions/ecosystem, from positioning and messaging to launch execution and adoption tracking.
- Develop market specific playbooks, product collateral, and enablement materials.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to surface advertiser insights and regional product gaps.
- Champion regional product feedback loops that inform feature development, pricing strategies, and market fit improvements.
Data Driven Product Insights & Reporting
- Translate product performance data and regional usage patterns into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product Analytics, and Marketing Science teams.
- Build reporting frameworks that surface regional product health and inform prioritization.
Cross Functional Product Collaboration
- Act as the regional product voice between Global Product, Sales, Marketing, and HQ teams.
- Build strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders across METAP.
- Drive alignment on regional product priorities, resource allocation, and launch planning.
Minimum Qualifications
- High proficiency in Arabic, both written and oral.
- 5+ years experience in strategy & operations, product marketing, or advertiser success roles within digital advertising or technology environments.
- Experience in digital advertising ecosystems, product management, or creator marketing.
- Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategy and product launches.
- Self starter with strong project management skills.
- Analytical, data sensitive, and goal driven.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an analytical, business, or marketing related field.
- Demonstrated success managing cross functional projects in fast paced, global organizations.
- Experience with TikTok Creative, Creator and AI Solutions (e.g., TikTok One, TikTok Symphony).
