The Product Manager will support an Enterprise Observability team and own a chargeback application for AI token consumption.

The role works across application teams, architecture, security, and leadership to improve governance and cost management.

What you’ll do

  • Own product vision and roadmaps for Datadog, Splunk, and Edge Delta observability platforms.
  • Drive governance and cost-management capabilities for the growing AI-powered engineering practice.
  • Improve policy consistency, license management, usage compliance, and audit readiness.
  • Translate technical and platform concerns into language appropriate for executive, compliance, and risk audiences.
  • Present to stakeholders, run alignment sessions, and simplify technical or data concepts for non-technical audiences.

What you bring

  • At least two years of Product Manager experience, ideally in retail or a related technical environment.
  • Strong business-facing communication skills and the ability to present, facilitate alignment, and simplify technical concepts.
  • Working knowledge of data flows between connected systems and tools such as VibeIQ, Illustrator, and Anaplan.
  • A background in merchandising, design, or regional merchandising is a strong asset but not required.
  • Regional merchandising experience is especially valuable for assortment modernization, while digital product creation experience is a nice-to-have for global merchandising and design.

Work environment

  • The client describes a hybrid work environment with three to four days per week in the office.
  • The offices are newly renovated and located close to rapid transit.
