Role Overview
Permanent, full-time Business Systems Analyst role supporting a growing payroll systems team.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for an enterprise SAP payroll platform in a live production environment.
Contribute to continuous improvement, digital transformation, testing, and cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end North American payroll platform in a complex, multi-jurisdictional environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and process issues.
- Participate in testing, improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with IT, managed services providers, and external vendors.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 3 years of hands-on SAP Payroll experience, including configuration, implementation, and live production support.
- Experience supporting SAP Payroll in production with full end-to-end payroll cycle knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across multiple organizational layers.
Compensation
- Compensation is CAD 120,000 to CAD 145,000 per annum.
- The role includes a benefits package.
