About the Role
TD is seeking a Product Manager to lead the future of client buying capabilities for Small Business Banking. You will define and deliver the target state for onboarding systems and processes, working autonomously with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Participate in developing the target state and prioritized roadmap for onboarding capabilities
- Perform analysis to identify opportunities to improve the customer buying journey and document benefits
- Define scope for prioritized initiatives and work with technology partners to outline high level solutions and costs
- Lead assigned initiatives and collaborate with partners across design, development, implementation, change management, and post launch
- Represent the business in initiatives, provide timely decisions, resolve issues or barriers, and manage risks
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a strong and prioritized backlog
- Support change management activities, including training and communications
- Ensure business stakeholders are consulted, engaged, and aligned on changes impacting them
- Partner with delivery teams to align business and technology objectives into a shared delivery vision
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years leading large scale, technology focused initiatives in an agile environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deliver actionable insights
- Self driven, with the ability to synthesize complex inputs into a cohesive customer or colleague experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Knowledge of customer sales, onboarding, and fulfillment workflows is an asset
- Experience in Small Business Banking or Branch Banking is an asset

- You will be joining a pod responsible for defining and delivering the target state for systems, processes, and capabilities that support the Small Business Banking client buying experience (onboarding).
Job Description
- Participate in developing the target state and prioritized roadmap for onboarding capabilities

- Define scope for prioritized initiatives and work with technology partners to outline high level solutions and associated costs
- Lead assigned initiatives and collaborate with partners and platform teams across design, development, implementation, change management, and post launch (Day 2)
- Represent the business in initiatives, provide timely decisions, resolve issues or barriers, and manage risks
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining a strong and prioritized backlog
- Support change management activities, including training and communications
- Ensure business stakeholders are consulted, engaged, and aligned on changes impacting them
- Partner with delivery teams to align business and technology objectives into a shared delivery vision
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience

- Resourceful and able to work independently and collaboratively

- Experience in Small Business Banking or Branch Banking is an asset
Compensation
- CAD 91,900 CAD 136,800 CAD salary range
- Variable compensation and comprehensive benefits package
