Role Overview

Owns the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of Etihad’s customer-facing mobile app portfolio.

Reports to the Senior Product Manager, Digital.

Owns the end-to-end product lifecycle and partners with technology, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders.

The role aims to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and commercial outcomes through data-driven mobile experiences.

Product Accountabilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad’s mobile applications.
  • Own discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and optimization across the product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams on intuitive, scalable, high-performing mobile experiences.
  • Manage Agile priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback to improve the mobile experience.
  • Manage third-party vendors and technology partners for successful delivery and operational excellence.
  • Balance customer needs with business objectives and technical considerations.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
  • Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
  • Airline or travel industry experience is required.

Required Product Skills

  • Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience working with mobile development teams using native or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
  • Ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
