Join Etihad Airways Cabin Crew and connect Abu Dhabi with destinations worldwide.

Represent Etihad in the sky while creating guest experiences and keeping guests safe.

The role offers a pathway toward Cabin Senior and further cabin management positions.

What Etihad is looking for

  • High school graduation or Grade 12 equivalent is required.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Additional languages are advantageous.
  • Candidates should be ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle.

Core responsibilities

  • Represent Etihad in the sky and deliver extraordinary guest experiences.
  • Keep guests safe throughout each journey.
  • Develop toward Cabin Senior through performance-based progression.

Compensation

  • Tax-free salary of up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers depending on the roster.

Benefits and support

  • Full relocation support includes 30 days of hotel accommodation on arrival and fully furnished shared accommodation.
  • Free transport is provided between accommodation, training, and the airport.
  • Employees receive 30 days of annual leave each year.
  • Worldwide medical insurance is provided for the employee and family.
  • Employees receive free annual tickets and global travel discounts for themselves, friends, and family.

Career progression

Economy Business Class progression may be available from 12 months.

Business Class Cabin Senior progression may be available from 12 months.

Cabin Senior Cabin Manager progression may be available from 24 months.

Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.

Recruitment events

  • Recruitment events are scheduled in Milan, Lyon, Dublin, Cork, Chișinău, Bucharest, and Barcelona.
  • Candidates unable to attend listed cities can register for a virtual assessment.
