- Craft feature and scope definitions that balance customer, business, and implementation perspectives
- Gather insights from existing merchant base, internal stakeholders, and market trends to shape product direction
- Create easily understood product delivery plans and requirements in collaboration with technical and design team members
- Drive implementation and execution of the team's roadmap focused on merchant operational efficiency and scalability
- Contribute and evaluate new product concepts for future roadmap plans
- Collaborate with Go to Market teams to coordinate successful product launches
- Define and report on product success metrics tied to merchant operational outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Become the Product SME for the merchant operations product offerings you own
- Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives even if outside scope of role
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally within ecommerce, retail operations, and/or SaaS products
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross functional teams, driving product vision, and executing product roadmaps in a fast paced, agile environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep passion for enhancing user experiences through technology
- Collaborative mindset with ability to influence without authority
- Expertise in product management and Agile/Scrum product development life cycles
- Solid understanding of setting, measuring, and improving product success metrics
- Familiarity working in parallel with multiple squads across different time zones
- Ability to lead client discovery, solutioning, and alignment conversations
- Understanding of product strategy development and roadmapping tools
- Comfortable using AI tools as a force multiplier in daily work

Role Overview
- We're looking for a Product Manager III to join our Merchant Operations team.
- Mission: automate as much operational friction as possible to deliver the fastest, best experience for merchants globally.
- You will own the team's product direction and strategy.
- This role requires frequent collaboration with customers, internal teams, and cross functional stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing

What You Need To Bring

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA.
- Understanding of merchant operational workflows including inventory management, order management, reporting, and back office processes.
- Experience with products that support multi location retail operations.
- Retail and eCommerce industry experience.
- Familiarity with operational analytics and merchant lifecycle management.
- Personal or side projects demonstrating hands on building with AI tools.
- A GitHub account with something in it.
- Experience shipping AI powered features: smart suggestions, workflow automation, anomaly detection, or similar.

Compensation Range
- CAD 140 150k Base salary.
