- Ensure solutions deliver meaningful value to growers, field teams, and the broader business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital roles
- Experience working in global or multi region environments
- Strong business process mapping and product translation skills
- Experience across the full product lifecycle from concept through sustainment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decision making

About The Role
- The Product Manager – Grower Relationship Management (GRM) plays a key role in designing, developing, and scaling digital products that enhance how McCain engages with growers and field teams globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or digital roles.
- Experience working in global or multi region environments.
- Strong business process mapping and product translation skills.
- Experience across the full product lifecycle, from concept through sustainment.

- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an asset.
- Agriculture or AgTech experience is considered an asset.
About The Team
- You will be part of the Global Agriculture Digital Transformation team.
- The team focuses on delivering scalable digital solutions that enhance grower engagement and support McCain’s global agriculture strategy.
Compensation Package
- $97,500.00 $130,000.00 CAD annually + Bonus Eligibility.
- Hiring compensation determined based on experience, skill set, education and training.
