About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own and execute against the Global Digital Procurement Strategy and Roadmap, balancing near term priorities with longer term ambitions
- Develop business cases for future focused technology investments, quantifying value opportunity and prioritizing initiatives
- Benchmark digital best practices and bring cutting edge capabilities to Procurement through market research and industry consultation
- Integrate AI and intelligent automation into the digital roadmap by identifying, prioritizing, and governing practical use cases
- Oversee the global S2P solution architecture, ensuring alignment with functional priorities in partnership with Digital Technology
- Lead COE team members responsible for managing the S2P platform, ensuring service delivery meets Procurement’s expectations
- Own the Procurement global spend data model, including governance, structure, and cleansing
- Partner with Global Sr Lead, Procurement Performance to ensure data integrity for KPI reporting and insights
- Champion digital capability building, training, and user adoption across regions
- Lead and develop a high performing team, setting clear priorities and coaching team members
Requirements
- Degree in related field e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics
- 6+ years’ experience in Procurement and/or Digital Transformation
- Strong expertise in leading S2P suites, Coupa strongly preferred
- Experience designing and delivering digital roadmaps and transformation initiatives
- Fluency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Databricks
- Procurement expertise: strong knowledge of Procurement and Source to Pay best practices
- Digital and AI fluency: able to assess and implement S2P solutions, analytics, LLMs, and automation
- Executive influence: communicates credibly with senior leaders and aligns stakeholders
- Global program leadership: proven ability to deliver complex, cross regional transformation programs
- Team building and change leadership: builds high performing teams and drives adoption of new tools

What you’ll need to be successful
- Degree in related field e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics.
- 6+ years’ experience in Procurement and/or Digital Transformation.
- Strong expertise in leading S2P suites, Coupa strongly preferred.
- Experience designing and delivering digital roadmaps and transformation initiatives.

- Certifications such as CIPS, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Prosci are assets.

About the team
- Based in North America, with a preference for Toronto as Procurement’s largest regional hub.
- Part of the newly formed Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE) leadership team.
- Reports to the Director, Global Procurement COE.
- Leads a small, specialised team focused on digital procurement capabilities.
- Collaborates closely with the Global Procurement Leadership Team, regional procurement leads, Finance, and Digital Technology partners.
Compensation Package
- CAD 97,500.00 CAD 130,000.00 annually plus Bonus Eligibility.
