About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational contact for key customers throughout supply chain touchpoints
- Manage the Order to Cash cycle from order intake to product delivery
- Personalize and govern top customers' experience by identifying preferences and building SLAs
- Monitor and analyze customers' operational performance using scorecard measures
- Collaborate with sourcing units, shipping forwarders, and 3PLs for timely order fulfillment
- Identify operational gaps and generate action plans to increase efficiencies
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and cross functional initiatives
- Attend and respond to customer queries and complaints
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry, ideally in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics
- Customer facing experience with a clear customer oriented mindset
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, international logistics, and S&OP
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, and strong MS Office skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 15% within GCC region
- Arabic and French are a plus

About The Role
- Act as the main operational interface between customers and internal teams.

- Ensure customer needs are translated into efficient and reliable supply chain solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary operational contact for key customers and ensure high service level throughout supply chain touchpoints.
- Manage the Order to Cash cycle from order intake through to product delivery.
- Personalize and govern top customers' experience by identifying preferences and building effective SLAs.
- Monitor and analyze customers' operational performance using shared best practice scorecard measures.
- Collaborate closely with sourcing units, shipping forwarders, and 3PLs for timely order fulfillment.
- Work with top customers to identify operational gaps and generate common action plans.
- Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and cross functional initiatives.
- Attend and respond to customer queries and complaints.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in FMCG industry, ideally in Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Logistics.
- Experience in food sector market dynamics and knowledge of international trade barriers.
- Customer facing experience with a clear customer oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, international logistics, and S&OP.
- Affinity with different supply chain operating models, systems, and technologies.
- Experience working with SAP, Power BI, and strong MS Office skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, solution oriented, and organized.
- Confidence in navigating multi region and multi cultural nuances across GCC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and French are a plus.
