Position Overview

  • We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Product Manager to lead the growth and performance of our Compact Construction Industries (BCP) portfolio.
  • This role is responsible for developing and executing market leading go to market strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, optimize profitability, and strengthen customer value.

Strategic Planning & Business Leadership

  • Develop and execute long term go to market strategies.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue, market share, and profitability for compact Construction Equipment.
  • Collaborate across functional teams and OEM partners.
  • Use customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and enhance a strong relationship with our partner, Caterpillar.

Forecasting & Inventory Management

  • Own long term industry forecasts, market share projections, and inventory strategies.
  • Ensure equipment availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and equipment turns.

Product & Program Management

  • Manage commercial performance of the equipment portfolio.
  • Serve as technical and commercial subject matter expert.
  • Lead product lifecycle, competitive analysis, and growth initiatives.
  • Support product training and sales enablement programs.

Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence

  • Develop sales tools, training, and customer facing content.
  • Create customized solutions that demonstrate value and lowest total cost of ownership.
  • Support strategic customer presentations and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Industry experience with machine sales and or Sales management.
  • Experience leading commercial, product, or business focused teams is preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated track record of Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets.
