About the Role

- Industry experience with machine sales and/or sales management
- Experience leading commercial, product, or business focused teams is preferred
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is an asset
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Position Overview
- We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Product Manager to lead the growth and performance of our Compact Construction Industries (BCP) portfolio.
- This role is responsible for developing and executing market leading go to market strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, optimize profitability, and strengthen customer value.
Strategic Planning & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute long term go to market strategies.
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive revenue, market share, and profitability for compact Construction Equipment.
- Collaborate across functional teams and OEM partners.
- Use customer feedback, market trends, and analytics to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and enhance a strong relationship with our partner, Caterpillar.
Forecasting & Inventory Management
- Own long term industry forecasts, market share projections, and inventory strategies.
- Ensure equipment availability aligns with customer demand.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and equipment turns.
Product & Program Management
- Manage commercial performance of the equipment portfolio.
- Serve as technical and commercial subject matter expert.
- Lead product lifecycle, competitive analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Support product training and sales enablement programs.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Excellence
- Develop sales tools, training, and customer facing content.
- Create customized solutions that demonstrate value and lowest total cost of ownership.
- Support strategic customer presentations and opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Industry experience with machine sales and or Sales management.
- Experience leading commercial, product, or business focused teams is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field is an asset.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of Meeting/Exceeding Sales Targets.
