- Review, validate, and update asset and customer data across multiple systems
- Perform data cleansing and remediation activities to improve data accuracy and completeness
- Conduct frequent customer outreach by phone to validate, confirm, and enrich customer and asset information
- Complete repetitive data validation, data entry, and follow up activities with high consistency
- Investigate data discrepancies and identify root causes of recurring data quality issues
- Track phone outreach outcomes, customer responses, and required follow up actions
- Document findings, patterns, and recommendations to support long term improvements
- Maintain accurate records of completed updates and audit trails
- Support reporting and measurement of data quality improvements
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to prioritize and resolve issues
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a post secondary program in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence making professional phone calls
- Comfortable performing repetitive, detail oriented work for extended periods

Position Overview

- Experience with databases, SQL, Fabric, Power BI, AI, or related tools.
- Understanding of data quality, data governance, or master data management principles.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or enterprise business systems.
