Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share
- Manage the complete product lifecycle from planning and sourcing to launch and performance optimization
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product execution
- Plan and implement online marketing campaigns across digital channels to increase brand awareness and online sales
- Collaborate with e commerce platforms and digital partners to optimize product visibility and conversion rates
- Monitor product pricing, promotions, margins, and overall commercial performance
- Ensure effective inventory planning and stock availability while minimizing excess inventory
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to maintain efficient stock movement, inventory accuracy, and timely product distribution
- Monitor product quality, compliance, packaging, and labeling standards
- Prepare sales forecasts, demand planning, and performance reports for senior management
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within the F&B or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of food products, retail operations, and consumer behavior
- Hands on experience in digital marketing, online sales platforms, and e commerce management
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP Business One experience is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic business environment

Additional Information
- Pay: AED12,000 AED15,000 per month.
- Work Location: Hybrid remote in Abu Dhabi.
