Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements and management reports for the Group and its brands
- Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate general ledger entries
- Supervise month end and year end closing processes
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and banks
- Develop and improve internal controls and financial policies
- Support system enhancements to increase efficiency
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for multi entity organizations
- Advanced Analytical Skills
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent, or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- F&B / Hospitality Industry experience is a must
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Financial Controller role based in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and consolidation of financial statements and management reports for the Group and its brands.
- Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate general ledger entries.
- Supervise month end and year end closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards and local regulations.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and banks.
- Develop and improve internal controls and financial policies.
- Support system enhancements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with experience managing end to end accounting cycles and financial operations.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for multi entity or multi brand organizations.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess performance, and provide clear, data driven recommendations.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent, or a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel; experience in retail, F&B, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
- F&B / Hospitality Industry experience is a must.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast paced, growing organization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with cross functional teams and senior leadership.
Pay
- AED 18,000 AED 23,000 per month
