Product Sales Line Manager
is responsible for managing the Networking Product Line.
The ideal candidate will oversee sales strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to achieve sales targets.
This role requires a balance of technical understanding and sales expertise to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for networking products to meet revenue and profit targets
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key Customers, Resellers, and Vendors to drive sustained business growth
- Drive product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to optimize market penetration and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams - marketing, technical, and operations - to ensure seamless product delivery and support
- Provide sales team training and enablement on Networking product features and value propositions
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to monitor and enhance performance
- About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum
- 5 years of sales or product management experience
- in the Networking
- or IT industry
- Strong knowledge of networking products (switches, routers, wireless, firewalls, SMB/enterprise solutions)
- Proven track record of managing sales pipelines, achieving targets, and driving business growth
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Vendor relationship management experience is a plus
