- Analyze market trends, disruptions, and competition, providing strategic direction
- Understand and capture customer needs, defining new offer scope and specifications
- Participate in customer seminars, meetings, workshops, and events to promote offers
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify needs for offer enhancement
- Lead product optimization and standardization with R&D and design teams
- Drive product launches and work with public relations and product management teams
- Monitor and control budgets and expenses to achieve cost efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management
- 15+ years of work experience
- Experience in product development, evaluation, forecasting, positioning, pricing, and profitability analysis
- Knowledge of product launches and liability
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses

Key Accountability Areas
- Market Exploration and Relationships: Understand and capture customer needs, define new offer scope and specifications, participate in customer seminars and events, establish relationships with strategic partners.
- Market Research and Analysis: Participate in market research, conduct competitive analysis, identify market trends and opportunities.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Price positioning, work with teams for quick time to market, lead product optimization with R&D.
- Product Launch and Operations: Drive product launches, participate in proposal response, manage inventory, act as product evangelist.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Management
