About the Role
Lead delivery of digital servicing and booking features across web, mobile, and chatbot platforms.
Deliver guest-first self-service journeys that improve conversion, loyalty, and service excellence.
Work across Agile squads to execute roadmap priorities through structured release cycles and operational handovers.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver self-service journeys for check-in, disruption management, refunds, and payment confirmations.
- Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, and operations teams to meet performance standards and improve guest satisfaction.
- Monitor digital experiences proactively, resolve issues, and support continuous optimization.
- Apply Offer and Order retailing, API integration, and Agile delivery expertise to transactional journeys.
About You
- A degree is required.
- At least 7 years of experience in digital product delivery is required.
- Experience in an airline or aviation environment is required.
- Proven Agile expertise, including sprint planning, backlog management, and cross-squad coordination, is essential.
- Hands-on API integration experience in booking, payment, and servicing systems is preferred.
