About the Role
Develop an assigned portfolio of travel management companies, online travel agencies, and travel agencies across the Central Province.
Combine field-based relationship management with commercial support that drives loyalty, conversion, and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own the agency portfolio through visit plans, production targets, and regular performance reviews.
- Support booking requests, policy waivers, servicing escalations, and New Distribution Capability content issues.
- Manage group demand from quotation and negotiation through follow-up and materialization.
- Support labor movement and leisure segments within the portfolio.
- Deliver product, network, and systems training and represent the company at roadshows and trade events.
- Track production against incentive and campaign targets, build recovery plans, and provide weekly commercial reporting.
About You
- Degree qualification is required.
- At least five years of sales experience with an airline or travel agency, including direct agency account management, is required.
- Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, group handling, and New Distribution Capability is required.
- Established Central Province agency relationships, commercial numeracy, consultative selling skills, and field-based portfolio management ability are required.
- Pace, resilience, and professionalism are required.
