Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate entities from offer extension through first ticketed booking.
Support account activation, ongoing production, and commercial growth across the corporate segment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit fare filing requests against each entity's organization ID and verify fare accuracy after loading.
- Test bundle display through preferred agents and resolve discrepancies.
- Work with travel management companies on account activation and ongoing servicing.
- Deliver workshops and refresher sessions on corporate deals, booking processes, network, and product offerings.
- Maintain activation trackers and produce production reports.
- Handle waivers within policy, group referrals, servicing escalations, and travel policy queries.
- Support corporate model rollout to larger accounts and represent the company at customer events and industry forums across the Kingdom.
About You
- Degree qualification is required.
- Four years of experience in an airline, travel management company, or corporate travel agency environment is required.
- Strong knowledge of fares, ticketing, New Distribution Capability, corporate fare structures, and Excel-based reporting is required.
- Confident presentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple account activations are required.
