Role Overview
Support BMO's Retail Insurance product team, with a focus on Travel, Pet, and Health and Dental products.
Work with product managers and the Head of Product to execute initiatives, coordinate cross-functional activities, and own smaller workstreams.
Contribute to product development, customer experience, and business performance improvements.
Key Accountabilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of new product launches.
- Contribute to post-launch analysis and continuous improvement of existing products.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Risk, and Operations on product enhancements and campaigns.
- Lead defined workstreams within broader projects, including process improvements and minor product enhancements.
- Analyze market and competitive trends and prepare recommendations for product decisions.
- Develop sales training materials and tools and respond to product inquiries.
- Support risk reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with external vendor and partner relationships and Creditor Insurance projects.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in product management, financial services, or a related field.
