- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, risk factors, profitability drivers, and operational opportunities
- Conduct deep dive analyses to identify root cause of performance issues or emerging trends
- Conduct competitive landscape reviews including product features, pricing, distribution channels, and emerging trends in travel insurance
- Contribute to design, development, and enhancement of travel insurance products ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose and support implementation of solutions
Requirements
- Post secondary education in Business, Economics, Math/Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, product, or business intelligence role
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

What You Will Do
- Analyze product performance data to identify trends, risk factors, profitability drivers, and operational opportunities

Who You Are
- Post secondary education in Business, Economics, Math/Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in an analytics, product, or business intelligence role (insurance experience an asset)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and present clear business recommendations
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Works well independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
