- Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships
- Create and maintain requirements, issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates
- Diligently support and lead where needed, various activities between the teams to ensure the business and technical requirements and objectives are met
- Participate and contribute to the overall system(s) design
- Assist with the creation of test suites, execute testing and support the QA and UAT processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with creating documentation on highly integrated enterprise systems, SOA and integrated testing
- Proficient in querying Oracle and SQL databases
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology
- Experience in JIRA
- Good project management skills

Position Details
- Our Information Technology Department is seeking highly motivated, career minded individuals to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst – Roadside Systems or Business Systems Analyst – Travel Systems.
- For Roadside Systems, you’re interested in public safety, dispatching technologies, and you’re motivated by building and improving technology that supports roadside assistance operations.
- For Travel Systems, you understand travel products and packages, suppliers, and end to end booking flows.
- In both roles, you will work closely with business units to gain in depth understanding of strategy, processes, services, and roadmaps—translating needs into technical capabilities that address business challenges.

Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst
- Experience with creating documentation on highly integrated enterprise systems, SOA and integrated testing
- Experience in .NET, Java and JavaScript is an asset
- Proficient in querying Oracle and SQL databases
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong documentation skills
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
- Problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodology.
- Experience in JIRA
- Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project based work structures, project lifecycle models, etc.
Salary Range
- CAD 49,500 CAD 78,200 CAD
- Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation.
