This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, the Procurement Specialist will handle tasks such as managing purchase orders, conducting supplier evaluations, and negotiating contracts.
The individual will ensure optimization of procurement processes, maintain compliance with organizational standards, and contribute to cost-efficiency in sourcing materials and services.
Qualifications
- Experience in issuing and managing Purchase Orders to streamline procurement operations
- Strong skills in Supplier Evaluation and building relationships with reliable vendors
- Expertise in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Analytical Skills for assessing cost, quality, and efficiency of procurement activities
- Solid background in Procurement strategies and practices
- Knowledge of procurement-related regulations and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
