Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing and procurement activities

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure compliance with specifications
- Maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and defence industry standards

Hands-on experience required (sourcing, contracts, P2P)
Experience
5–6 years in procurement/sourcing
Industry background
Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, or Defence, Oil & Gas Manufacturing or similar industry
Education
Engineering qualification (mandatory for Specialist level)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in defence or naval procurement
- Certified in procurement (CIPS, CIPM, CIPP, etc.)
- ERP experience (SAP, Oracle Fusion, D365)
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
