Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
• Research markets and evaluate vendors based on capabilities, pricing, and product or service quality.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and contracts for favorable terms and conditions.
• Create purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Identify procurement needs and specifications with internal teams.
• Resolve invoice and delivery discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain records of contracts, orders, and vendor information.
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
• Implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on procurement best practices and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement.
• Real estate industry experience is a plus.
