Role Overview
Coordinate the transition of residential and commercial projects from construction to operation.
Act as a liaison among contractors, project managers, clients, and other stakeholders during property handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate property handovers to ensure timely completion.
- Review project completion against specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare handover manuals, warranties, maintenance schedules, and related documentation.
- Inspect properties before handover and identify issues requiring resolution.
- Train and support clients and property management teams on operational procedures and facility usage.
- Coordinate with departments to confirm systems and services are ready before handover.
- Resolve handover issues and discrepancies promptly.
- Collect client feedback to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project handover, construction, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented organizational ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in project management software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic.
- UAE driving license and access to a car.
