About the Role
Expedite Pro Documents Services is hiring a Procurement Officer for UAE interior fit-out projects. The role involves sourcing materials, supplier coordination, negotiation, and delivery follow-up.

Responsibilities
- Source and procure fit out, joinery, MEP, and project materials.
- Identify reliable UAE suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and prepare comparison sheets.
- Prepare LPOs and coordinate the approval process.
- Follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with project, site, QS, estimation, store, and finance teams.
- Maintain supplier records, purchase logs, and procurement reports.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of UAE fit out, joinery, and construction material suppliers
- Minimum 4 6 years of procurement experience in UAE interior fit out, joinery, or construction industry
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Ability to read BOQ, material specifications, and project requirements
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Knowledge of procurement documentation, LPOs, comparison sheets, and supplier evaluation
