Job Summary
Support procurement and purchasing activities for building materials.
The role requires knowledge of building materials, supplier coordination, purchase orders, quotations, and inventory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Purchase Department in sourcing and purchasing building materials.
- Obtain supplier quotations, prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase requests.
- Compare supplier quotations and assist with negotiating prices and payment terms.
- Maintain records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams regarding material requirements.
- Follow up on pending supplier orders and deliveries.
- Ensure purchased materials meet required quality and specifications.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience in the building materials industry.
- Good knowledge of building materials, supplier coordination, purchase orders, quotations, and inventory requirements.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers regarding prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
- Ability to maintain procurement records and ensure materials meet required quality and specifications.
