Job Summary
TAMM TRADERS is seeking a Business Development Officer with strong experience in the UAE construction and maintenance sector.
The primary focus is generating new business opportunities and bringing in construction, renovation, fit-out, and maintenance projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for villa construction, renovation, construction, and maintenance projects.
- Approach villa owners, property owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and facility management companies to generate leads.
- Bring in new projects for building construction, villa construction, renovation, and general maintenance works.
Requirements
- Strong experience in the UAE construction and maintenance sector.
- A strong network of clients, consultants, contractors, property owners, and real estate contacts.
- Ability to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 4,000 per month.
