About the Role
We are urgently looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the full procurement cycle for our specialty coffee shops and restaurant branches across Qatar. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in F&B and specialty coffee procurement in Qatar and a strong supplier network.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full procurement process for all branches
- Source high quality materials, equipment, and consumables for specialty coffee and restaurant operations
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and expand the supplier network
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Qatar import and export regulations
- Monitor stock levels and maintain strategic par levels across all branches
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control processes
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Branch Managers for smooth supply chain flow
- Analyze cost structures and support menu costing and product pricing
- Utilize ERP systems for procurement, inventory, and reporting
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business related course
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in specialty coffee and restaurant procurement in Qatar
- Must have a strong supplier network in the F&B and specialty coffee industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Strong knowledge of Qatar import/export laws and customs processes
- Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management, ordering, and costing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be currently in Qatar and available to join immediately
