About the Role
HUNDRED GROUP seeks an experienced IT Specialist to support multi-branch coffee shop and restaurant operations in Qatar. The role involves hardware, networking, POS systems, CCTV troubleshooting, and online aggregator platform management.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for all branches on hardware, network, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, routers, switches, and network devices
- Troubleshoot and repair computers, POS machines, printers, scanners, and related peripherals
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems across all locations
- Ensure stable internet connectivity and network performance for all branches
- Manage and update online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, etc.)
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on IT equipment
- Respond to IT support requests from branches and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, and system upgrades
- Support new branch openings with IT setup and configuration
- Ensure data security, backup procedures, and system reliability
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in IT support, hardware, and networking roles
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routers, switches, access points
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of POS systems (setup, maintenance, repair)
- Knowledge of online aggregator platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
- Experience in F&B or retail operations is an advantage
- Must be currently in Qatar or willing to relocate
- Valid Qatar driving license is a plus

Overview
