About the Role
- We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Specialty Coffee Barista to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate must have solid hands on experience in specialty coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Specialty Coffee Barista in the GCC region
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming and latte art, manual brewing methods (V60, Chemex, Aeropress, etc.), coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and roasting levels
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to work in Doha, Qatar
- Can join immediately or within a short notice period (preferred)
