About the Role
A specialty coffee and restaurant group in Qatar seeks a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for all branches.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end to end procurement process for all branches.
- Source high quality materials, equipment, packaging, and consumables for specialty coffee and restaurant operations.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and continuously expand the supplier network.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar import and export regulations and customs requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and maintain strategic par levels across all branches.
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Branch Managers to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Analyze cost structures and support menu costing, recipe costing, and product pricing.
- Utilize ERP systems for procurement, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve supply chain issues promptly.
- Support financial sustainability by aligning procurement strategies with sales performance and branch needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related course
- Minimum 3 years of solid procurement experience in the specialty coffee and restaurant industry within Qatar
- Strong supplier network in the F&B and specialty coffee sector
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Strong knowledge of Qatar import/export laws, customs processes, and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in ERP systems, inventory management, ordering, and costing
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be currently in Qatar and available to join immediately
