The position combines contract management, contracts, procurement, and supervisory or vendor-personnel oversight responsibilities.
Role Scope
- Lead procurement activities for major oil and gas projects.
- Apply contract management and procurement expertise to project purchasing activities.
- Provide supervisory oversight of service or vendor personnel where required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, commercial studies, engineering, project management, or supply chain management.
- At least eight years of broad contract management, contracts, and procurement experience on major oil and gas projects.
- At least one year of supervisory, acting-role, or service and vendor personnel oversight experience.
- Demonstrable understanding of procurement best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas procurement market and key vendors.
