A leading Interior Fit-Out Company in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Executive to source materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage procurement for fit-out projects. The role requires UAE experience in interior fit-out procurement and strong vendor management skills.

Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and subcontractor services for interior fit out projects
- Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process Requests for Quotation (RFQs), purchase orders, and all procurement related documentation in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate with the Design, Estimation, Project Management, and Site teams to understand project requirements and procurement schedules
- Monitor purchase orders and supplier deliveries to ensure materials are delivered on time and in accordance with project milestones
- Maintain supplier databases, procurement records, price comparison sheets, and market intelligence
- Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and approved budgets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining quality and delivery standards
- Prepare procurement reports and provide regular updates to management on procurement status and supplier performance
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within the Interior Fit Out, Joinery, or Interior Contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, joinery items, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and fit out procurement processes
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/Procurement Management Systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
