Responsibilities
- Manage end to end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, RFQs, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, and order tracking
- Review and validate purchase requisitions and ensure timely procurement execution
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle vendor registration, supplier onboarding, price negotiations, and contract renewals
- Manage and resolve supplier related NCRs (Non Conformance Reports)
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and periodic appraisals
- Collaborate with Business Development Managers on sourcing initiatives and procurement strategies
- Support demand and supply planning through analysis of inventory levels, historical consumption, forecasts, and market trends
- Perform quarterly inventory reviews and recommend optimal reorder levels (Min/Max)
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams
- Maintain procurement records including supplier databases, purchase history, pricing trackers, and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Petrochemicals, Industrial Chemistry, or related discipline
- Experience in procurement within Chemical, Petrochemical, Lubricants, Specialty Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing sectors
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications
